Couples Issues

Today I had an angry outburst at my husband about the strain of coping

With four children, especially the younger one’s (6 and 2 years).

It’s no secret that before we got married I wanted two children and he wanted four, granted he later on settled for three, but four or six was his ideal.

My contention was I felt that my hard work and the sacrifices on my part were not acknowledged or undervalued. He made the mistake of mentioning his sacrifices which infuriated me as we were talking about me and my feelings should have been validated first then we could move on to his, preferably at another date.

Does anyone understand where I’m coming from and can they help me present these feelings in a biblical and effective manner to my husband? I look forward to helpful comments.
