Mama don’t preach!

I saw a headline today titled, ‘Mama don’t preach’ detailing alleged demands Madonna is making on her estranged husband Guy Ritchie in regards to conditions that must be met while he has their children with him in London.

Mama don’t preach appears to be a term used to identify so called ‘powerful women’ who do not understand that although they are in a position of authority, as married women they should remember that their husbands are not to be treated as one of their ‘loyal subjects’, but is to be given due respect for the smooth and efficient running of their family.

Are you a demanding, authoritative, bossy, unsubmissive and generally ‘looking down on your husband’ type person? You can be successful, yet respectful of your husband and give him the respect he deserves – he also must be a hardworking and loving husband worthy of respect.

If you are in a similiar situation as Ritchie/Madonna please don’t let the children suffer, ‘Mama don’t preach!’
