Grace for the practical!
I just have to share this, today I had a demonstration of God’s grace in my life.
I had been worried about my finances as I didn’t seem to have any money left after my mortgage and one or two bills payments .
However, I knew if I did not step out in faith and trust God for my businesses I would still be where I am ten years from now. So, I deceided to go ahead with my business plan which was fine, until I had to write two cheques, now I knew I couldn’t borrow from the banks as I had reached my limits and if I asked friends, how would I pay back and where would be my faith?
So, I looked for scriptures to hold on to as I applied faith in my endeavours.
It was hard as doubt and fear kept raising their ugly heads, but I declared the word of God over and over and thanked him that he was more than able to help me. Well, help me he did, they both cleared to my utter amazement – I read my statements and no money had come in, neither was it an overdraft, I checked!
It was confirmed today that the cheques had cleared and I know it was God’s grace for the practical.
So, if you’re going through hard times, ask God for grace as he helps you with the practical issues of life.
